Privacy notice
Your number stays separate from your fashion edit.
This development notice explains the data architecture already enforced by the product. Controller identity, jurisdiction-specific rights, retention period, and final contact wording must be approved before launch.
What we collect
We collect the phone number you submit, your consent choices, and interactions with runway looks such as impressions, swipes, saves, details, and shares. If you order a look, we also collect your name, order and payment references, pickup or delivery choice, and delivery city and address when needed. The phone gate collects your number without OTP verification.
How it is separated
The normalized phone number is encrypted in a private database area. It is not included in recommendation events, product analytics, training exports, URLs, or browser storage.
Contact permission
Permission to receive SMS or WhatsApp updates is separate and optional. Leaving that option clear does not prevent access to the runway experience.
Optional analytics
Product analytics is optional and separate from access and contact permission. When enabled, only a curated copy of pseudonymous interaction events is sent to the analytics provider; the phone number and session credential are excluded.
Ordering and sharing with shops
Checkout requires your consent to share your name and session phone with the shop fulfilling the order, plus your address for delivery. This order-specific consent is separate from optional marketing permission. Order records are kept in a protected database area and are available to the fulfilling shop through its private order link. Buyer details are not added to recommendation events or training exports. Payment references and amounts are exchanged with the payment service to create and confirm your payment.
Your order page requires the active session cookie, which lasts up to 24 hours. Saving the URL alone does not restore access after losing that cookie or using another phone. Save your confirmation and order number; the shop retains the details needed to fulfil your order.
Order records and retention
Order records protect linked fulfilment information from automatic deletion. The current cleanup job removes expired rate-limit records, not orders. The order retention period, deletion process, hosting and data residency review, and jurisdiction-specific legal approval remain pending before launch.
Before production launch
The final notice will identify the data controller, provide a contact method for privacy requests, state the retention period, and describe rights applicable in the launch jurisdiction.
